GRA&GREEN offers accelerated breeding programs to create next-generation food and agriculture by using its gene-editing system. Its proprietary technology, a gene-editing tool delivery system, does not require an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation and laborious regeneration process. Breeders and researchers can utilize this system for gene-editing various commercial crops and vegetables that are previously impossible. GRA&GREEN was founded in 2017 based on research and intellectual properties of Nagoya University and completed series A round funding from VC and partner company.
